We offer a variety of delivery options to make your shopping experience as easy as possible!

All orders will ship within 2-5 days of purchase.  Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. 

Orders shipping within the United States ship free over $150.

For orders outside of the contiguous United States, please select International Shipping at checkout.  A flat fee of $25 will be charged for International orders.

Returns & Exchanges

At Earthen Co., customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we welcome returns and exchanges within the guidelines detailed below:

• Returns for a full refund are required to be in new condition with original packaging, unused, and unopened, accompanied by the original sales receipt. Returns must be made within 30 days of original purchase.

• Returns for an exchange are required to be in new condition with original packaging, unused, and unopened, accompanied by the original sales receipt. Returns for an exchange must be made within 60 days of original purchase.

• All clearance merchandise is final sale. 

• Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. 

• Some products do not qualify for return or exchange.   Such as, individual flower essences and environmental essences, in a 1/2 oz bottle.
